OUR PEOPLE

Here are the profiles of our people, provided by our people, to share their insights on what it is like to be part of the Metropolitan Fire Brigade.

MFB welcomes people from all backgrounds - those who bring different ideas, experiences and expertise, and share a dedication to serving the Victorian communities.

Our frontline employees, our firefighters, come to work each shift not knowing what it will bring. Alongside firefighters, a range of skilled corporate, technical and workshop professionals equip our firefighters to respond to whatever may come.
